This 6 week online bootcamp dives deep into how content helps businesses cut through and build connections with the humans that count – their customers. Together we will craft a content strategy that will delight your humans at every step of their journey and then work on the right digital channels to get this content seen.
Digital marketing is overwhelming – there we said it. This course is designed to hand the power of content back to you. As a small to medium sized business it’s unlikely you can (or want to) do everything yourself. You will learn how to take your newly crafted content strategy and turn this into briefs for internal team members, freelancers or agency partners. This course will not only give you the tools to craft your content strategy but more importantly plan, tools and frameworks how to get it implemented.
Relearn has built this course for small to medium sized businesses. Whether as owner or employee marketing for an SME we understand that running a small business has its unique challenges. Budgets, access to tools not to mention time! At Relearn we get you (we are a small business too) so we have packed this course with examples, tools, templates and projects that are built for small business. We unpick the digital jargon and cut through with relatable case studies and examples that are designed to give you maximum actionable impact while balancing the time input – phew.
The course runs over 6 weeks during which time you will gain the skills to produce a concise content plan for your business and put into action. You will learn the theory but then get your hands dirty by applying your learning to practical tasks. You will be given access to your content plan template in week 1 and the practical tasks will allow you to build your plan as you go.
We dive into what your humans think, feel and do – what issues they have and how you solve them. Get ready to roll up your sleeves as this is where we get into the nitty gritty of content. How content drives engagement, conversations, delights, inspires, entertains – the whole lot.
We will define your target market, your value proposition in the market and help you detail the content opportunity by setting SMART goals and objectives. We introduce you to reusable frameworks and tools that you will use to complete the practical tasks and start to bring you content plan to life.
We will work on unearthing those content ideas that will cut through, and how content works on paid, owned and earned channels. We will dive deep into social platforms and how best to craft stories that connect. You will craft facebook posts that zing and instagram stories that pop. We keep the examples and tasks real world and relevant to small to businesses.
We will finish up your content plans which will be jammed packed (i mean like sitting on an overfilled suitcase jammed packed) full of ideas, calendars and social tactics to set you up for the year ahead.
Then we get deep into how to produce content that is memorable. We look into blogging, video, visuals and copywriting. You will get your hands dirty producing content for your plan. We review the best tools to use and how to plan ahead to keep you track. Can i get a hell yeah!.
You are not alone! Far from it you will be supported by your mentors and course lead through weekly webinars and Facebook Groups. You will also be connected with the other learners to create a dynamic and interactive learning community.

Amanda Bensted is a copywriter, editor, and mentor dedicated to helping others become their own content bosses.

Amanda is committed to bringing a holistic approach to copywriting, combining brand storytelling with search engine optimisation to improve a brand’s online presence and visibility.
After four years working at a digital marketing agency, Amanda now has her own copywriting business, Amanda Jane Copy, and has published her first travel memoir, Myanmar with a Blister, while pursuing a digital nomad lifestyle.
